Empowering Children & Families in Our Community

At Rainbow of Grace Community Services (ROGCS), our mission is to support at-risk children and families in Wilmington, Delaware. We provide high-quality childcare, secure after-school care, and family-focused educational and recreational opportunities in a safe, nurturing environment.

Early Childhood Education & Daycare

Providing excellent play-care and early education in a warm, kid-friendly atmosphere. Our daycare program serves infants and toddlers, offering a safe, structured, and enriching environment where early learning and development thrive.

Safe & Secure After-School Care

Designed for local students, our after-school programs offer a safe haven after the school day ends. We focus on homework help, youth enrichment, and positive constructive activities to support academic growth and personal development.

Family Entertainment & Community Center

Restoring vital community programs and wholesome fun to Wilmington families. Our proposed multi-purpose Family Entertainment Center could bring in over 2,000 local families together through safe education, recreation, and community events.
